In addition to her masters in education, Michelle holds certification in WFPB cooking from Rouxbe Culinary School. Weaving her beliefs into both her personal and professional relationships cultivates a fun and healthy journey for all. Using the science of habit formation and a brain-based instructional approach, Michelle not only supports people in making small changes, she shares tools that have ever-lasting impacts in their lives.
