June energy update

June Energy Update In this episode, I share a spontaneous mini energy reading for June 2026 after the original topic shifted as I sat down to record. June arrives with a clear, grounded frequency that feels like truth being revealed and life becoming easier to see for what it really is. This month carries themes of clarity, truth, and alignment through honesty rather than effort. There’s a natural invitation to stop looking outside yourself for answers and instead listen more deeply to your inner knowing. As old beliefs and patterns fall away, June supports a quiet release of what no longer fits. I also share a personal reflection on time feeling faster this year, and how a slow, restorative day helped me feel the subtle deceleration in June’s energy. The episode includes an intuitive look at: The energetic tone of June 2026 The shift away from hustle culture into presence The scent of June (jasmine after rain) and its symbolic meaning The colours of June: sky blue and soft pink A channelled message on gratitude as a daily grounding practice The guidance for this month is simple but powerful: presence is alignment. A daily gratitude practice is offered as an anchor to help return to yourself and the present moment. ✨ Register for the Spirit Talk intuitive development workshop! https://spirittalkdevelopmentcircle.as.me/dropin Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/spirittalkwithbrandee/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@spirittalkwithbrandee email: [email protected]
