Copyright 2021 Stay fit and laugh out loud dancing like a monkey, lion, giraffe, elephant, rhinoceroses or sloth! Step 1. Pulling Bananas from a tree like a monkey! Right hand straight up to the sky. Alternate hands. Left hand stretched up to the air and pulling down an imaginary banana from an imaginary tree. Howl like a Howler Monkey. Alternate right and left hands. Advanced do alternate lunges. Step 2. Imagine you are a Gorilla passing out hearts. Fold your hands in front of you in the shape of a heart. Open and close your hands. Shimmy, shimmy, shake and wiggle your body as your turn in a circle doing the Jungle Bop. Wiggle wiggle your tush. Let out a jungle roar sound! Bob your head with your chin going up and down. Turn around in a circle with arms folded. Smile. Step 3. Swing your elephant trunk. Dangle both arms down in front of you. Lock hands together.Bend down over your feet. Sway your hands back and forth and wiggle your hips. Sway your hands back and forth. Make a Sassy face. Repeat Make a Smiley face. Step 4. Roar like a fierce Lion. Run in place fast. Clap your hands like a lion's mouth. Roar. Sway your hips back and forth and do the Jungle Bop. Wiggle. Wiggle. Wiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shimmy shake. Step 5. Do the Giraffe side step. Side Step your long legs to the right three times. Side step your long legs to the left three times. Alternate right and left sides. Tap right. Tap left. Alternate. Repeat. Do the Jungle Bop. Shimmey your whole body by wiggling. Pass out hearts. Smile and roar. Step 6. Rhinoceros strut! Put your hands together. Palm to palm and put your hands above your head forming a pointe horn. Now charge and kick your right leg back three times. Now kick your left leg back three times. Alternate. Repeat. Kick right leg forward three times. Kich your Left leg forward three times. Alternate and repeat. Step 7. Sloth Ears! Make peace signs with your right and left hands. Put your ears on your head. Wiggle your peace sign ears. You are a Sloth in a tree. Listen for the Lion.Now clap your hands. Clap. Clap. Clap. Do the Jungle Bop. Wiggle. Wiggle. Roar.
