Race day comes, and the eight participants of the Event Horizon line up and set off.  Though Korv gets off to a bad start, Amy is around to help them while Doc and Kellen set up some devious traps.  Meanwhile, as Korv's pit crew, Crux devises on-the-fly mechanisms to give Korv a boost in the race.  When the racers pass the halfway point, will their plan be enough to win?
