Jurisdiction: Where are we now?

Senior associates and IP specialists Luke Maunder and Naomi Hazenberg briefly recap the history of jurisdiction challenges in the British Courts, including the relevant aspects of the decision by the UK Supreme Court in Conversant / Unwired Planet.
