As sugestões a Fachin – que deseja implantar um código de ética para os magistrados da Corte – preveem restrições ao julgamento de processos envolvendo parentes de ministros, além de veto a manifestações político-partidárias, ao uso de jatinhos particulares e à exploração de instituições de ensino. Assinado por integrantes da Comissão de Estudos para a Reforma do Judiciário da OAB-SP, o documento propõe 12 artigos de conduta.
