Jury Awards Our Teenage Client $250,000 After Spine Injury From Car Wreck

Our client was ten years old when the car he was in t-boned the front driver door of a construction vehicle after attempting to cross our client's lane of travel. Following a cervical MRI and neurosurgery consultation, our client was diagnosed with two ligament tears. He was fitted with a cervical collar that he was required to wear at all times for eight weeks. Thankfully, the ligament tears healed and his cervical spine was overall stable.
