Jury Nullification- Red Beckmans Jury Training Red Beckman’s Jury Training To watch the entire seminar visit- https://youtu.be/Hu3hYAAopcs Uploaded on May 14, 2008 Red Beckman explains the government structure of the Constitutional Republic contained in the Constitution for the United States of America. He explains the proper roles of the Grand Jury and the Trial Jury, and their roles in the checks and balances system created in the Constitution for the United States of America. Despite what the public school system tells you, the Grand Jury and Trial Jury have responsibilities in keeping the government in check. The Grand jury is supposed to prosecute corrupt public servants. The Grand Jury is supposed to refuse to indict people under "bad laws" (a law that is in violation of the Constitution for the United States of America) The Trial Jury is never supposed to convict someone for violating a "bad law". If you are on a Trial Jury and the defendant is being prosecuted for violating a "bad law", the verdict should always be "not guilty".
