Probably all goose fat-this and duck egg-that round them parts.  Also, never buy a 'gym towel' They are designed to not get the inside of your gym bag wet, which sounds good, until you realise it manages this by NOT SOAKING UP ANY FUCKING WATER OFF YOUR SKIN AFTER YOU SHOWER!
