Just a Dream
from Mikoll Hosted by Mikoll
Another new song, this is the first time I've used drums in any of my recordings as well! Enjoy : ) Were you falling out backwards through a window pain? Were you crawling on your knees through a hurricane? It was just a dream, just a dream I know. Was he staring through your window on a stormy night? Was she standing at your bed by your bare white feet? It was just a dream, just a dream I know. Did her long blond hair get tangled up In the engine of her father’s fishing boat? Did you cut her hair, did she sink below the bow? Did she drift ashore pale and blue and cold? Were you standing at your mirror in a bloody mess? Were you catching all your teeth as they drip right out? It was just a dream, just a dream I know. Were the bells ringing out like a warning sing Taking seizures in your bed as they held you down? It was just a dream, just a dream I know.
