Just a regular customer service experience

Just a regular customer service experience, however, the actions taken were irregular. I understand the job of a customer service rep I am human. We get weak sometimes… There comes a time [1:17] This is definitely something I mentioned before [2:30] They are the in between people [3:48] It is kind of hard to be that person all the time [5:48] Pick and choose your own adventure [7:10] And that is another historical document [9:36] It was different from the previous time [10:39] Every other call, fifty percent of the time [11:15] Let me do this again I called back [12:44] Anyway all of those moments and all of those times [14:39] I shut that stuff down immediately [16:33] Ok I feel a little bit better [18:20]
