That’s means it’s time for 'Just Another Mindful Monday'. On the phone with me today is Mindfulness Coach Cara Coulson from Pearl Mindfulness. Cara works out of the GTA She teaches at Durham College and she works with a group called Psychology For Growth. This means that most of Cara’s services are covered under insurance plans – which is a big help for a lot of folks. As we deal with Covid for over a year now, lots of people are struggling. Cara wrote a paper recently, called 'Coaching to Build Resiliency'. It's very helpful and hopeful! We talk about it here. Check it out.
