Just Be Still

When was the last time you had some good ole quiet time for yourself? Distraction-free...no TV, no kids, no spouse, no pets, etc. You were just able to take in the stillness and you can actually hear yourself think and speak. If not, I suggest you try it and see how you feel. You can have time to check in with your inner self, converse with your Heavenly Father (spiritual side), get inspiration, get downloads for new ideas, or just appreciate the peace that the quietness and stillness brings. In Psalm 46:10 - He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalms 46:10 NIV https://psalm.bible/psalm-46-10.
