It was one of the 1st episodes so don't expect much. While this topic has been covered from every angle by many people more qualified than myself, I might as well chime in. I have an addictive prone personality when it comes to certain things. At the time of this recording, it was video gaming. So far I have found many other ways to occupy my time outside of a gaming console's virtual escape. That's not to say I believe video games to be bad, but like all things, let moderation be your copilot.
