I hit my head a lot. Sometimes I forget things and I forgot to press the record button on this week's episode with Sam Tripply. And as a result, you're going to notice the audio is compromised. Now maybe it's because you've got the record, but maybe it's because the powers that be at YouTube.
Don't want you to know what Sam Tripply has to say. Maybe they're afraid of clear audio, but you might be able to get your mind out of the main frame and hear some truth. Wow. Yeah, this is the core version of audio.
Sorry guys. I'm all this totally moving, new and improving. Now can't we get back to work? I've got the heart and desire.
You're my boss, you're a fire. You're ready to take the to the top. Welcome to the show. Did you know that your mom is up?
Oh, she is up. Yeah. Welcome to the show everybody. It's a casual day.
It's not really sponsored by Bigly Death, but Bigly Death is really good, you guys. Like I just drink them all day and then because they've got flavors. It's like there's never a double moment for my hydrating life. It's just always, wait, would you like some iced tea with it?
Yeah. I guess sometimes I don't want to ice tea sometimes I'll do this one water, but sometimes if I want to ice tea, I got it too. Yeah, it's pretty cool. So I got that going for me here.
I was getting to that. So we got it. That was the best opening I've ever seen on a podcast ever. Yeah.
Ever. Man, your podcast is awesome. It's pretty much down in life. I know.
Probably it's hard to follow that. Yeah. I mean, we could sing to each other, but I'm not good. I've got the words to nine snails.
I'm still upset about that. Wait, at Skafest? Yeah, I'm so upset. I was practicing and I skipped a chorus.
I'm so upset. So wait, I'm in trouble. So then the song get in a breakdown. No, it's fine.
Josh, you might have just bailed on me at that point. Like, I was like, oh, dude, I messed up. I was crushing and then all my dreams left up and my days have been a lead singer gone. So sad, bro.
Was it funny at least? I don't know. I take that very seriously. But you're a comedian that can't sing.
And it was the first time you've ever done it. Yeah, I know. I put a lot of pressure on myself. I just wanted to spread.
But did he choke or was it an honest mistake? It was an honest mistake. One time I saw Tony Holcsing and Tony Singh in live bands, he's probably up to 20 times now that he's done a live scene before. I watched myself.
But he did one the other day with this guy from Devo. And they did a Devo. And I know if it was a Devo cover, but it was a song where second verse he blanked. And he stopped saying stuff.
And the band was like, you good? And he was like, yeah. And then they were like, we'll keep going. And then we're going to go back in.
And he was like, oh, yeah. And then got it and kept going. So it does happen to, you know, that takes a long time to just hustle memory of a song. I just wanted to nail it and crush it.
Were you doing good before you were in the world? Yeah. So you said you're ready. Right.
Do people agree? Yeah, everyone's are you talking about it? Yes, that too. I'm horrible.
Can we get the video of it? No, I don't want to watch it. Why are you doing it? Why are we going back to my Vietnam?
Oh, come on. I love this setup, bro. Your setup is so good. I need to get my house in order like this.

How are you? I'm great, man. But you have cool cameras in your house? I need more cool cameras.
I need to up my game. I have a studio that I work out of. I need my own personal house. I need a better setup.
Anyways, I was working at home when there's children in the house. Hard. I have one daughter. She's autistic and she just grabs everything.
Like she comes in the studio while you record. And just starts grabbing shit. How do you... Yeah, I guess you got her.
What are you going to do, realtor? Yeah. I guess you can just go up. My kids are a bit older.
They came on. You know, a talk came on a couple times. I'm looking at all kinds of shit. I can't wait for the podcast.
I can't wait for the podcast. It's going to be fun. My daughter did one show but she's more like, you know, this is stupid. They was thinking they sang, bro.
You go up, but we're crazy. That's why our kids were so bad. I don't think my daughter thinks that it's not working hard and there's no skill to it. It's just podcasting.
Which I totally get. I feel like women don't like podcasting as much as men either. Interesting. I disagree.
Because I think that there is giant podcast. like um, deck shepherds armchair or whatever it's called. I think there are women that do like and it could be a bit double-digit percentage, but he said to me that he couldn't have me on because of the female audience and how I don't, I wouldn't mesh. He said it's where he said some ratios, way more women listening than men.
Oh, that's great. He's up. Up there. Yeah, so I'm just saying I think there's, like obviously Joe Rogan who you think listens probably more men, but I think there's a guy's word.
Maybe more so saying. I call it daddy. Yeah, they're saying that don't listen. I'm just saying.
I'm just saying. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. You need to take much of small stuff from the reads that show if you are, if you do have a female fan base, you think you do better.
Yeah, I think we're just buying more stuff. I'm just buying more stuff for women. It's the time when you have all the, like imagine if we were ladies, we, like people would say, do you want to do a face cream commercial or a table? We don't have it.
I'm on you to a table. Actually, why not? Go for a million. I'm trying to tell you whether you can have a tampon or not.
All right. Wait, wait. Yeah. I respect your reties too.
Yeah, I agree. Thank you guys. I'm just sorry, but I know, and I say I'm not trying to put words in math, but I believe there is a massive female podcast, listenership audience. It seems to me that painting in broad strokes, guys listen to comedy pods, girls listen to podcasts about people who govern.
It's a shame. It's a shame. I would just show you that. I think you should.
I think it's crazy because I was talking about like the number one demographic to talk to the manager about a joke is like, you know, like late 20s to 30s to 40 year old women, but then he'll go home and listen to a murder podcast. Yeah. You know, I'm a murder. You know, somebody murdered somebody?
Yeah. I got a heck of a guy who would just got a jail for murder. It was a hedge fund at Epic because he came up to me after going to hell. He's like, okay, we call that heckling.
Yeah. He's like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, so we just started talking. He's like, yeah, I just got jail for murder. I'm like, okay, wrap it up.
Time to go. Did you laugh when he said that? Yeah, I, because whenever I'm uncomfortable. Yeah.
Yeah. That one, it's either a lot for run. Yeah. Yeah.
You know, like, well, you know, run because he might have flashbacks that murder you get. You know, you can get away. I'm just a little young guy. Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. I'm getting lit up into Jitu or Thai boxing sounds like me up. I start laughing.
Yeah. That's kind of cool though. I do. You know what?
That is a thing because every time I never got rocked in a real fight, I smile. Yeah. Yeah. Which I don't, I'm sure I don't know what the my, because it's not a, I'm not doing it for a poker face because it's too quick of an instinctual thing.
Right. I can't say, oh, I got rock. Yeah. Good one, dude.
Like I don't think I, like the last profile I have when I got hit my front leg did the waggle thing. I felt fine to my leg was like, nah. And I was like, oh, and I smiled at the guy as he walked me to the cage that thrown bombs at me. But I don't remember going show him a smart leave.
I just did it. I don't know why, but whenever I would like, I noticed this when I was taking, I was trying to get through college. I didn't even care. I only went to college to make my parents happy.
From the moment I knew I existed, I wanted to do stand up copy literally from them, even before I knew there was a job, it's what I wanted to do. So I just want the college to make my parents happy. So I was taken any degree that would give me credit. So I get out of there and I took singing and I hated singing.
I hated it. When I was like, okay, we got to sing to them and be like, oh, yeah. I'll sing in class. I'll probably say that a lot.
I'm singing class. Yeah. I'm like, I just want to quit credit. Centrably.
Remember when we did that TV show? Well, go to sleep. Yeah. Did you think when we got that show that this was going to start off your comedy career?
I mean, it did help me get into places. Yeah, it did kind of give me a start to ball rolling in some stuff. Yeah, for sure. Oh, it did.
Yeah. I mean, like if you were doing stand up at that time, you would be able to get in class. I'd be good at comedy by now. Yeah, I was.
It's a great. Yeah. I still haven't seen the TV credit being the star of a series that opens. Yeah, I think having a good podcast too.
No, it's a big thing or a YouTube channel or I've seen these guys I know are blown up their Instagrams, which is cool to watch. I need the best time ever to do stand up. So I'm going to do this. Well, I'm going to shoot a special with all my dark shit and I'm going to dump that and I'm just going to start doing like more like personal like mainstream shit.
I thought you were going to be a dance winner. I'm going to talk about my kids. Are you filming like five specials or did I read a typo? I'm not filming five.
So you're going to have to do what? I have a bunch. I have a couple of three specials right now and I'm going to film like another one call it's going to be called quiet and then I'm just yeah, then who knows what's going to happen. I'm ready to start just talk about normal shit and not trying to press everybody all the time.
Because I'm just you know why I know why because I was just asked. I know I was watching the all female Jedi show on Disney plot. So good. Right.
It's okay. That's watching it. And there's a small bit that the two female Jedi's were riding and then on the back behind it was the male Jedi from the planet and I think those were forces and he's riding bitch right. And I just took me off for a moment.
I go that doesn't make any sense to me and there's some time it's like if you're always pressing these people, they're never in the moment. They're always trying to digest what you're saying. It takes a little heat off your fastball. So I decided I just want to easily digestible stuff for now with my dark kind of deal to work.
It's crazy that it's all about the A. It's just I just I had this ability. That's comedy right there. If you're just kind of making it pressing everybody when they got a thing all the time, it takes a little heat off your fastball.
So that's why it sounds like what you're saying, Sam, is that you think you are too smart for a lot of audience. No, I think not too dark for a lot of people. Okay. And you visit with him for to say some comedians who are doing stuff that you think is kind of comedy low hanging fruit, but it's doing pretty well for them.
Oh, 100%. But it's also that I think we live in a kind of time where we're getting more news than ever. And people need a break from it. So we go to comedy clubs and get that and they just don't want to get pressed.
Now I'm blessed that my comedy crowd from my podcast loves to hear that stuff. But I just want to say I like to get myself a little fast every time I do stand a special so when I build a new special, I like to see if I can get like one time I did storytelling. Can I become a storyteller? I did that.
And now I want to see if I can take the little things that we all experience for my kind of sense of humor on and see if it works. That's what I'm at right now. Your fans are intense. I love them.
Of course you do. And they love you too. But like I've seen you a couple of times it's game fest now and like the people who come up to you are different than the people who come up to other comedians and the things that they say to you when they get to you are different from what other. Yeah, it's a blessing.
It's a blessing. I love game fest. Yeah. And I mean I went a long time without fans.
So it's cool to have fans. You get to be difficult to transition because you're hardcore fan base and be like dude what are you talking about? No. Okay.
I've always had like whether I had a little fan base or a little bigger fan base than little. They've always been open minded to whatever it is. They just want you to be great at whatever you are. I think it sounds like a great idea.
I mean you're very funny and very talented and if you're right some of those things do put you in a spot where you're no longer just ready to laugh. You're kind of being tested a little bit. Yeah. And I enjoy it a lot because I think there's things that need to be discussed.
But I'm also like in the landscape of our people here to have what do they want? They probably want to escape. So you know even when I go on the road with Eddie Bravo it's a lot of fun. We have we do two shows.
We do a stand up show and then we do Q&A and I can get all that stuff out there. I know I can just have a fun time. Yeah. So that's kind of where I'm out.
I'm excited to shoot this special. I'm kind of over this hat. I just want to get it out. I'm just going to put it on my website and I put it on YouTube because I think it's too much for YouTube.
Which is crazy for me. Yeah, YouTube is. They're great. I don't get in trouble.
I'm not going to do it because I'm not going to do it because I'm not going to do it. It is rough. It is rough. Especially when you are who you are.
Like where these days it's like the way we talk or the humor that we jump to is shadow band. Yeah. You know like it's but I'm like what about the people on the street in the car with their friends that have bothered you. Are we not then?
Those conversations are not happening when it's not on YouTube. It's just like a weird muffle of like let's hide who we really are. I can read this other thing. And I just don't.
I can't. Like some people like a small part of America can feel like yeah we're all doing the right thing in the name of the law or something. Like it's just it's like a little bit of a prison vibe. You know like I can't I can't be me.
I can't be me. And there's really a difference that I think I'm not the only one that talks like this. That's insane. You know what man?
I think it's actually because I have these personal conversations with a bunch of different people. I think it's way more wrong. Yeah. Then what is what is being allowed on Instagram and YouTube and it just sucks that these tech gods have this like thumb on like it.
You know like you can see whatever you want about like the beauty of the internet which is great. Lots of people like us to like take control of our life. But even when you went back to like network television and cable you know networks they allow people like a dump stand out to come through or a David towel and be able to like once a while just kind of give you this whoa. Do you think David's elk could do his show that he did now or do you think that's too much?
I think David tell would learn to adapt to it so he could figure it out the way he used to do it. No. It would. Which is funny because it's not like outside of that.
No. People are it's not like the things that David tell said in that show people aren't saying right now. It's just this kind of ridiculous thing where where these tech gods want to play gods with us. You think the tech gods are getting money to do that though.
Like you know it's not a personal thing it's more about why I think it's also it's a little that it's also that do their own personal views of stuff. Yeah. The problem with political correctness is that there's too much fine print to it. Yeah.
And if there was a set rule I would follow it. If you said no one could say this that we can say this that we can say this that we can say this. I'd be like okay I just see this weird kind of like oh you're like that guy saying that but you won't like this guy saying you're you're allowing this guy get all the views and this guy get no views. Yeah.
And it's just like okay. And things was lovely. Well it's so good. You talk about that about how about who like Jimmy Doran's just really great political comic and he's one of the guys who kind of got through YouTube and is able to kind of talk a lot about the things he wants to talk about quickly which is great but he was talking about like you know what you know to share a band somebody on Instagram not allowed them to do ads or anything like that to give them the money like take my money I want to do it.
And is the equivalent at this moment of like in the 70s or the 80s you know the phone company saying you can't take calls for your for your business. Like how crippling would that be? I can't I can't do ads. And if you if you do an ad for me they will watch you and after a while ago.
Hey dude stop doing ads for him. We don't want you selling ads for him. And I don't know anybody that's gonna come save me. Yeah.
No I got the same with the honeymoon with Ryan sickler. He said that me and Joey Diaz are flagged before it drops. Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
I didn't say anything. I didn't say anything that crazy. I was like I can get me. I don't get why they would go after you.
Yeah. Yeah. I think maybe just takes like a group of people to report you over again and maybe that'll do it. And there are some people that that is there live.
Sorry because I have those. You must have counted them as well. All the time. All the time they just flag flag flag flag flag.
And it's just like what it's like I can watch a decapitating video on Instagram and then get flagged for a word they don't like. I it's so weird. Elgar. I was watching TikTok this morning for a second and there's like so many violent videos of like street parties and dudes getting jumped and stomped and like really brutal.
Yeah. And they flag the Jason Elshow because and they had a split time or something like it's it's so weird. And like if you have a lady doing a split tongue that's bad. But if a chick wants to show you know any part of her life and just like being as like provocative let's say they encourage us.
It's like so it's like weird. Yeah. Well I mean it is what it is. You can't change it.
You know I don't think I can post it. Hey stop doing that. I feel like my time if I spend a lot of time telling them hey man I'm not as bad as you think I am. It just seems like a waste of time.
I feel like I'd rather kind of try to think about something good in my life or you know because at the end of the day I could I be with the show be bigger get more views if I wasn't chat about it. But I still have a job talking about farts. I love it. And it's my show.
It's such a blessing. So I don't I don't it's not that bad. You know I feel like sometimes you get pulled into it. You know like what like I know I got reported on Facebook but I don't know why.
And as you know like I'm never trying to I don't think I pulled I'll do movies. I mean I'm pretty I get it. I'm not trying to trigger anybody. But when I heard that I was like wait what I do.
Can someone at least and I was like it doesn't if they tell you what it's what why they did do you think that's gonna make you feel that I know we're supposed to talk to anybody. You can't even like try to connect with someone on a human level like Facebook has been being for something to happen in like 2018. I know one story that I think I can say it where Tony Hawk is good friends with Lance Armstrong this is back in the day and Lance was friends with somebody at Instagram or something like that and a friend was reporter or he's a canvas taken away or something like that and Tony called Lance I might not be sure but there was okay I got back up over here but there was two fun girls made and this guy got his account back like that but that's the only time I've ever heard. I know somebody got somebody's account they say if it goes like two weeks and you have her back from your account it's done this big name person called someone at the highest level to Facebook and was instantly getting back.
I had to pay 3G to get back my Instagram. Three grand. Wow. Three shut down by Zuckerberg.
Well it was like bloody blood in there. You know what happened like there were people inside of Instagram and Facebook that were taking cash to get people back their thing and then getting back their accounts and then this only fans model went on I think no jumper it was like yeah I banged a bunch of guys at Facebook and I got my account back and they shut that right down. Whoa. I mean that was probably not a good idea to say that.
Yeah man don't snitch. Keep it quiet. What would you think that was gonna help? I was thinking to help you.
Now you're closing doors behind you everybody who's in their accounts. Yeah. What can you do you say I'm that isn't controlled by YouTube that it's fun. I don't know man.
I'm slowly getting off Twitter and I'm really not. You're all kind of quiet quitting Twitter huh. Well I'm also quietly quitting Instagram slowly. I just don't think I need it anymore.
I mean post I I case somebody to be my social media person she posted a bunch of stuff on his other accounts and I'm just like wow it just it just seems to bring I just like oh man I have as much fun as everybody else. We're like oh look at all the fun there. Yeah. Are they?
I mean I feel like it was legitimately fun for a minute and now we've kind of seen all the moves and if you still enjoy seeing the same kind of jokes and the same kind of videos and the same kids doing that. He's like I've heard guys this come on comedy right now and it's just like okay dude but again we all do well. I mean I'm blessed to sell some tickets maybe not as much as some but I can go anywhere and sell a bunch of tickets make a decent put a couple of those shows together decent run and I get to talk as much crap as I want to. I just want to kind of challenge myself and mix it up.
What's the biggest pain as you can have that would allow you to keep dating like a lot of people. What do you mean? Like it's so big that nobody would go out with you. What's the size?
I don't know because like we're all told that like chips want these giant dicks and then you talk to them like you know I mean you actually look at how deep the actual average vagina is it's not that deep man. Yeah well yeah dude for jin is like three inches deep man. What's it like more four and five inches the giant is like a vagina something like that. Okay man.
A baby comes out there right. Yeah that's pretty. So no bigger than a baby. That's a good question.
Is that the answer? Because seriously that. I think you have a penis the size of a baby and not a lot of people are going to want to be will they hang out with you? Yeah.
Are they going to take like consider you in a serious relationship? Probably not. You're saying that nobody is a gay baby. I'm saying what no I'm saying I want to know what because I think it's like I think 10 if you have a 10 inch error.
That's a lot of girls are going to go look I mean maybe most people would be like hell no from the get go but they might be a couple girls like I've always wanted that and then they get it and they're like okay that was that was crazy. Don't think that that should be my life though. Yeah it's like this and I don't want to live there but you want to visit and ride the ride once again. Like to me I feel like I am a 10 inch penis.
Your whole body or your whole actual. Yeah mr. It's like fun to like that. Crazy people want to touch it.
Yeah. But nobody wants to leave with it. Well do you see if there's like there's like this granny hooker and she answers questions and she's like that's on the show I think and she was like about six inches about average which is great mine on my tippy toes. Dude I swear I'm seriously starting to reevaluate that conventional wisdom based entirely on the naked roast at Skankfest.
Yeah. You want to feel good about your dick. Oh what I could not agree. Or is it just dying.
Nobody who will you humiliate them. So are like well you there you go that you keep it up the update. No go show everybody. Yeah.
Yeah. It's crazy. You're right. They're so bad.
And it's just unbelievable. Just every which way it's like you have extra. It's covering more in-ridge than you. And you think you're ugly.
You're a hero. You're all more or less the same but you're bad. I was watching my favorite TV show again last night. What is it.
What's it called? Dating show for Nate and everyone. You get to meet him naked. Oh the British one.
Yeah it's a British show. Because it was here everybody on it would become infamous on social media and ruined or become a giant pick up house. Right. There's a kraki there's people next.
Naked attraction. You gotta check it dude. So they got five boxes of different colors right? And this one person could be a girl could be a guy that's gay and lesbian as well.
So the girl takes a girl and they go okay lift the thing and the light goes up to the waist. Oh. So the girl sees five penises and judges which one they should cut for the next round where it goes up a little higher. You cut the person not to be this.
That's okay. You cut the person. That'd be so weird if they just jump and kick off the person. But there was one guy.
Because most of the time if you're a little too chubby or if you're a little too they'll say something else like yeah I'm gonna cut why are you gonna cut her. I don't like her tattoos. That's why. But then there was a guy that had a little penis and the lady for the first time said saying I don't like his toes or something she was like yeah the penis is a little too small for me.
And then he got ejected for having a small penis and then he was an Indian guy. Yeah. And he came out crazy and he had a little smile and then he does the interview afterwards and he goes I'm not gonna do the accent. Why not?
Little does she know that it grows into seven inches and there's no way that this thing has ever seen. Should growers bro? Dude, I know. Yeah.
I understand powder weight ratio. I've seen mine shrunken and I know where it grows and if you're a shrunk that guy's shrunk. It's not. No, it's not.
You can fit it in a de-seck. Yeah. I don't know. I believe them.
How many inches did he grow up to be seven? Wow. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Because everyone's on circumcised in England too. Do you know if you're an England is a pube shaver? Like a lot of girls say that they like a shaved man or I don't like his chest.
It's too hairy and everybody's package. All guys. I would say 80% of them were a shaved bolt. Yes.
I like shaped ball by like trimmed down. Yeah. They're not in the pube. I've heard like maybe one person say they were into a hairy vagina or a hairy thing.
But everyone else. I like to tell you by everybody's privates everybody was shaped and most men shaped in a really poor like you know how you should say you're as good a drawer as you were when you were drawing when you're a kid like I just. Whatever you stop drawing you can literally pick up a pencil 20 years later and you will be with exactly what you're talking about. Same thing with alcohol.
Okay. That's that's that's pews for guys because every every guys job that they try to do. I was like, dude, especially knowing you're going to be making a TV show. You couldn't like you couldn't have got somebody to help you.
They was like shaved here and then ham so many different things where one guy had like a little stripe like a girl. He had like a girl's pewd line. I see you are in the 90s. I knew I was doing that first strike where he had it all had Bush right here and reverse strike up.
So there was nice. I gave you a five-star dink. Yeah. Wait, oh, yeah.

Well, it's just a legality of it. When it really comes down to it, what you want to do is find a place in the middle of nowhere by a little piece of land. The good thing about the most far out there in the middle of nowhere, the landing can cost that much. So you can absolutely get some little plot somewhere that nobody wants where you can build a creepy TV.

Do you like hunting? Yeah. I can't hunt us. I got work on that.

You get the new gun. What do you get today? Yeah, I got a gun that doesn't shoot bullets. It shoots like these pallet things for self-defense.
What's it, Marna? I forgot what it's name. Look at the balls. Yeah, but they've got balls.
Some of them have the chemical in it. So when the ball explodes on you, it like, there's some chemical comes out that shuts down your neurons and you can't move. Really? Yeah.
