If you have a Bible, we return to the book of John chapter 9. I want to give you some powerful advice this morning. How many like to receive some powerful advice this morning? Here it is.
Can you just do what he says? That's some of the greatest advice that I could ever give you. Just do what he says. Amen?
John chapter 9 verse 7, we're going to look at two powerful stories, and then we're going to tie them together and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart this morning. John chapter 9 verse 7 through 11. And he said unto them, go wash in the pool of Silom, Silom, which is by interpretation sent. He sent him.
He went his way therefore and washed and came seeing. Jesus comes upon a blind man and he tells him to go wash his eyes. Verse 8, the neighbors therefore and they wish before had seen him that he was blind said is not this he that sat and begged. So those around him and those who had seen him and those who had known of this man for years understood and acknowledged that he had been blind but something miraculous had taken place.
And now the blind man who once sat and begged can see. Verse 9. Some said this is he. Others said he is like him, but he said I am he.
So they were debating some were saying that's him. Others were saying it wasn't him. It's kind of like social media today, huh? Some say it's true.
Some say it isn't true. You don't know what to believe half the time, right? Some said, yeah, that's the guy he was blind. Others were saying, no, the blind man's eyes were closed.
He was blind. These guys eyes are open. Yeah, because his eyes were open. He was blind, but now he sees.
And he said to them, I am him. I am the blind man. Verse 10, therefore said they unto him. How were your eyes open?
Verse 11. And he answered and said, a man that is called Jesus, made some play. And he anointed my eyes. And he said to me, go to the pool of Silom and wash them.
And I went and washed. And I received my sight. Praise the Lord. Amen.
Hallelujah. John chapter four. John chapter four. Verse 43 through verse 54.
John four verse 43 through verse 54. I know what you're thinking. I know you're thinking this has got to be. A sermon that's going to last for six months with that many verses.
Beginning verse number 43. Now after two days, he departed and went to Galilee. Verse 44 for Jesus himself testified that a prophet hath no honor in his own country. Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galileans received him having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem.
They received him having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem. They received him because they seen all the things that he had done at Jerusalem, at the feast. For they also went on to the feast. Verse 46.
So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made water wine. And there was a certain nobleman whose son was sick in Capernaum. Verse 47. When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judea into Galilee, this man went on to Jesus and besought him that he would come down to his home and that he would heal his son.
For he was at the point of death. So this nobleman heard of the things that Jesus had done, came down to him asking him if he would come and heal his son because his son was at the point of no return. His son was at a very desperate point. Death was imminent.
Verse 48. And Jesus said unto him, except you see the signs and wonders, you will not believe. Verse 49. The nobleman said unto him, sir, come down.
My son is dying. Verse 50. Jesus said unto him, go your way thy son, live it. And the man believed, say believed.
And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him and he went his way. And as he was going, his servant came and met him and said to him, your son is alive and well. Then he inquired of his servant, when, what was the hour that this thing turned around? And he said unto him yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.
Verse 53. So the father knew, the father knew. He heard, he believed, he went out in faith and he knew that it was at the same hour in which Jesus said unto him, thy son, liveth, and himself believed. And his whole house.
His faith brought his whole house to faith. Verse 54. This is again the second miracle that Jesus did when he was come out of Judea in the Galilee. Here's the question today.
Will you and I do what he says? Will we do what he says? This man did what he said, why? Because he believed.
We have lifted our voices, we have sung songs, we have quoted things that we believe all morning long. We have made declarations that we believe, amen? But do we live like we believe? Do we put our faith into action like we believe?
This man heard, he went, he received, he believed, and then he went on his way. You know there would have been some that would have been angered because Jesus didn't go with him. There would have been some that would have delayed and tried to get him to come with him. But Jesus simply spoke the word because the man believed his faith, his faith made his son well.
His belief in what Jesus said caused his son to be healed. Galatians chapter six and seven. Don't you teenagers do that? Six, seven, get it?
Some of the older folks have no clue what that means. Actually, listen to us not, not seven, let's go the whole way through nine. So you can't do that. Galatians six, beginning verse seven through nine.
It says this, be not deceived. Are you with me? Don't be deceived. God is not mocked for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap, for he that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reap life everlasting.
And let us not be weary, say weary. There's such weariness in our world today. Let us not be weary in well doing. In other words, don't grow weary in doing the right things for in due seasons, they do season.
And the right time you shall reap if you faint not in that good. James chapter one verse 22 says this, but be he doers of the word, be doers of the word, and not just hearers only, ready deceiving yourselves. There's a spiritual law that governs both heaven and earth. A law so sure, so steadfast that no one can get by it.
It doesn't go past anyone. This law is non-negotiable. What a man soweth, that shall he reap. Amen?
That's what your Bible says. Paul says be not, don't be deceived. Why God is not mocked. You know, this is the worst type of deception.
Do not be deceived. Self-deception is to believe that we can do what we want and still reap what we want. That is self-deception, to believe that we can disobey God and still receive the blessing of God. But your Bible says be not deceived.
Why God is not mocked. In other words, don't fool yourself. Church, we can't play games with God. The seed you plant will determine the harvest that you receive.
Take a look at what James says, be doers of the word, not just hearers, because hearing truth without living truth is like planting seeds and never watering them. It makes no sense. If we hear truth without living truth, there's no good fruit that comes from that. It does not produce goodness.
It does not produce godliness. The Christian life is not just about knowing verses. There's a lot of folks that are good at knowing verses. And that's good.
It's good that we know verses, but we must do what they say. Because if we just simply know them and we don't apply them and we don't walk in them, then there is no manifestation of fruit of them. So we must do, we must be participants in what the word of God says. We just can't hear the message.
We need to live the message. What you do with what you know will determine what you reap, what you do with what you know. See, the man heard that Jesus was doing miracles. He went and he made his request made known to Jesus.
And Jesus spoke into his life. And because the man received that, he understood that. He stepped out in faith believing because of what Jesus told him. And the manifestation of the miracle was realized because he believed in that good.
He stepped out. He put his faith into action without even knowing whether his son was gonna be healed or not. He believed and he started to go home to get to his son because he believed. He had no assurance at that moment that it had taken place.
It's like the lepers who Jesus said, go show yourselves to the priest and on their way. The Bible says they were healed. They were not healed immediately. It was when they stepped out.
It was when they began to walk. It was when they took him at his word. It was when they believed him at what he said that the miracle came. James gives us a strong warning.
It's a warning. He says be not hearers only deceiving your cells. That's the worst kind of deceit, a self-deceit. Here's what he's saying.
He's saying don't just sit in church. Don't just take notes. Don't just nod your head in agreement and then walk out completely unchanged. That's faith without works.
That's tragedy. And so many people today gather in buildings like this. Not ignorant of the word, but live in disobedience to it. It's not a matter of ignorance of it today because we have so much of it.
We hear so much of it. We can receive so much of it with the internet and podcasts and sermon downloads and all. There is so much word going out today. We can hear it just about anywhere.
There are countless numbers of television, Christian television stations on TV today that you can turn on and listen to things. But will we be obedient to the word of God? That's what's important. It's not just a matter of hearing it.
It's whether or not we will receive it or we will believe it. And that's what said that man apart was. He heard it. He received it and he believed it.
Amen? He believed. He believed. Oh my.
Information and transformation. Hear me. Are not the same. They're not the same.
We have unlimited access, devotionals, podcasts, sermons, but yet so many remain unchanged. Why? Because we refuse to allow the transformation power, the Holy Spirit to change us. We confuse information.
Hear this. We confuse information with transformation. We think just because we came and heard something that it'll automatically, we have to receive it. We have to step out in it.
We have to believe it. You can hear it, but believing it is a total another thing. Just because you heard it doesn't mean you're going to believe it. You can quote scripture and still live in sin.
You can worship like we've just done in this place today and still walk in anger and fear and worry. You can shout amen and praise the Lord and hallelujah and glory to God and still live in a life of refusing to forgive others. Just because we gather here today doesn't mean it automatically changes or transforms, but we've been given what we need to change and transform. The Bible says, let this mind which was in Christ now, be in you, L.E.T.
let that's our act of will. He's given us free will. We've got to take what we receive. We've got to grab hold of it.
We've got to believe it. And then we've got to walk it out amen. Self-deception is a tragedy. And so many are living in self-deception today.
And he said, be not deceived. Because what you sow, you will reap. Sowing negativity, you'll reap negativity. Sowing hatred, you will reap hatred.
Sowing bitterness, you will reap bitterness. Sowing a lack of self-control. You will reap the benefits of sowing lack of self-control in your life. There are so many people that wonder why and how things are happening and transpiring in their lives the way they are.
But they don't understand. They're reaping what they sow. It's a law. It's a universal law of God.
And we reap what we sow. We must be careful what we do. Amen? What we do has consequences, Church.
How many of you are aware of consequences? We do what we do if we get away with it. We do it again. Why?
Because we didn't face a consequence. But what we sow, we will reap. Your Bible says do not be deceived. Hearing makes you informed.
But doing makes you transformed. Hearing will make you informed. But transformation comes when you step into it and you begin to live it out. Say live it out.
Jesus said in Luke chapter 6. Luke chapter 6, if you have your Bible, you turn there. Luke chapter 6. Luke 6, in verse 46.
Why call you unto me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say. Jesus said, why do you call me Lord, but yet then do not do the things that I say. It's not enough to just hear the word. Church, we must hear the word.
Let the word take root in us and then actively participate in the word and allow the word to transform us from the inside out. Faith that doesn't move your feet isn't faith at all. If your faith doesn't move your feet, if your faith doesn't move your hands, if your faith isn't moving you forward in your relationship with Jesus Christ, it isn't faith at all. It's deception and it's deceit.
I'm here today to tell you that you can walk in a relationship with a Father and he will lead you and he will guide you into all truth because his word is a lamp under your feet and it is a light under your path. Amen. Improver says, if you will trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean on on your own understanding and in all your ways acknowledge him, he will make your path straight. He will do it.
He will do it. But we can't just hear these things and not be active participants in what he says. Remember, Paul said, be not deceived. Why?
God is not mocked for whatsoever a man's soeth. That also shall he read that means every thought, every action, every attitude is a seed. It's a seed. And every seed produces after its own kind.
Seeds produce after their own kind. How many of you know what I'm talking about? A seed will produce after its own kind. You cannot plant, hear me church.
You cannot plant disobedience and expect blessing. You cannot plant disobedience and expect blessing. That's not how it works. You cannot sow bitterness and expect peace.
You cannot sow gossip and expect grace. Whatever you plant today will show up in your future. If you sow prayer, you'll reap power. If you sow generosity, you will reap provision.
Is that too much for some of you? The Bible says what we sow, we will reap. If you sow obedience, you will reap the favor of God. That is good.
Why would we not obey? Why would we not take him at his word? God is not a man that he would lie. He even said if these things weren't solid, one of told you, no one's getting away with pretending.
No one's getting away with pretending. You can fool people with appearance, but you can't fool God with hypocrisy. You can fool people with appearance, but you cannot fool God with hypocrisy. Listen, this isn't meant to scare you, but it's meant to wake you up.
It's meant to stir you. It's meant to cause you to think. It's a powerful reminder that your harvest depends on your belief and what you're willing to sow. And then he tells us, don't become weary in doing good things.
Why? Because in due season, say due season. You will reap when if you do not give up. That's powerful.
There's a powerful truth here for us to see. There's always a delay between planting and harvesting church. Don't get up, said when you prayed the prayer, and you didn't see an instant response to the prayer. There is always a delay between planting and reaping.
There's a process that takes place between planting and weeping, and he reminds us to not grow weary for in due season at the right time, at the right moment. Cluesy as he says to everything, there is a time. We shall reap if we faint not. How many like the delays between the planting and the harvesting?
We don't like the delays. We live in a time, and we live in a society, and we live in a culture of instant gratification. We want things to be quick. We want things to be fast.
We want to feel good immediately. We want things changed instantly. We may have done whatever we've done for years and years and years, and then expect something to change in a moment. A number of years ago, this is in Nyan Bartone, a weight loss journey.
And it was difficult. It took years of building what was there. It took years of putting on what was there. And then all of a sudden, to suddenly expect it to go away.
I would say to her, hey, I should have been done more. I didn't need any ice cream this weekend. I get on a scale today, and tomorrow we expect to be down five pounds. She said, Shawn, it don't work that way.
I only ate a bag of popcorn that big last night. I shouldn't have. But we want instant gratification. We want instant success.
We want to be able to get what we want now. This didn't come on like that. It came on over time. And it didn't go down overnight.
And it still got to go down. Trust me. It still got something to go down. And until they stop making popcorn and chips and cold snow and ice cream, I told my wife, that's got to be at the devil.
I'm telling you, it's got to be at the devil. I start thinking about it. I think I eat ice cream on the weekend, right? You know when I start thinking about it?
Sunday night. I start thinking about the next time I get to have my ice cream. And I know I'm not going to eat ice cream again to the next weekend. All week long, you know what I think about ice cream.
I said to her, come Thursday this past week? I said, I'm in a bad way. She said, why? I said I want pie shop donuts.
I want ice cream. I want popcorn. And I want it all right now. And then we indulge.
And then we get on the scale and go, what? Like the scale did it to us. We get upset with the electronic thing. There were times I got on it.
Oh, that can't be right. That can't be right. I'm just going with what it was two days ago. Let me ever go on the scale.
It went like this. You know you have. You know. You've got on the scale and sucked it in.
You know you have. Like it's going to make a difference. That hit hard over here, didn't it? Just saying.
What am I saying to you? We will reap what we sow. And I enjoy snacks like anyone else. But I've learned that I have to be disciplined.
It's either the ice cream or the pie shop donut. And I know what some of you are thinking was, go ahead and eat them both. Well, that's what the one side of my head tells me. And the other side says, no, don't do it.
Get an ice cream donut. There you go. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. Yeah, ice cream cake.
How do you know what I'm talking about? The battle is real. The struggle is real. If you focus on negativity in your life, you tend to think about negative things on a continual basis.
You start focusing on negative things. Everything you see tends to be negative. It is what it is. And we need to be disciplined because the Bible says God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a power love and a discipline.
Sound. Sound means disciplined mind. We have a disciplined mind. We have choice.
We have free will. We can make good decisions. We can. I'm here today to tell you.
You can. You can make good choices in life. You can choose faith over fear. You can choose love over hate.
You can choose to be disciplined over being undisciplined. We have the choice of doing that. And listen, it's up to us. Because they're still making the donuts, and they'll keep making the ice cream.
It's just a matter of whether we're going to. There was a day I was eating that stuff almost every day. I'd eat a bag of chips and some pretzels. Because you don't have to eat the salty chips.
You need a salt chaser with the pretzel. And then you need the ice cream to smooth it down. And I was eating chips and pretzels and ice cream on a nightly basis. But I felt good about myself because I gave up pop.
But then I replaced the pop with a strawberry refresher from Starbucks. Do you know how many calories are in that thing? Sometimes I think it would have been much better if I'd have been born Amish. I had to deal with all that stuff.
I mean, you've got to deal with some of that stuff out there. Come on. But we can live disciplined, knowing that if we so, we will read. It happens in the natural.
You know, if you're mean and nasty, then you're going to read mean and nasty. I love the blessed people that are nasty. Because I love for them to see their nastiness doesn't get over on me. If you ever run up against a nasty waitress, bless her.
Bless them. Sometimes you have no idea what happened before they got there. Sometimes you have no idea what's going on in their life. When somebody's being mean or cantankerous or nasty, sometimes you have no idea what they're dealing with.
You have no idea what might be going on at home. You have no idea what the bills are that might be piling up. You have no idea what the kid did two days before that. You have no idea.
Sometimes we have no idea, right? But what we sow, we reap. We get known as. How many of them know we're all known for something?
When somebody mentions your name to someone, you are known for something. Has somebody ever mentioned somebody's name to you? And you've been like, oh, yeah, I know them. Yeah, I know them.
And you know instantly by the reaction that they know them for a negative reason. Hey, you know someone's saying, oh, yeah, I know them. Oh, I know them. Yeah, I've known them for a long time.
They don't even have to tell you, but the implication is they know them in some way. Why? Because of what they have sown. And now they reap that because of what they have sown.
There's always a waiting between the planting and the harvesting. And that's where many of God's people give up in the waiting. I've been praying. But nothing's happening.
How long you've been praying? I don't know, 30 seconds. I've been believing. Well, how long you've been believing for that thing?
Well, since I got to church this morning. When you're gonna stop believing, when I get in the car, no, it's gotta be more than that, right? When we pray, the Bible says we must believe. But we get so frustrated when we pray and we don't see anything happening.
But it doesn't mean that underneath the surface that something isn't happening because when a seed is planting, planted there is something going on with that seed, but it may take a while for that thing to burst up through the ground. But something is happening to that seed. See, when you're praying, something is happening. You may not see a breakthrough yet.
You may not see that thing yet come to fruition, but something is happening. Well, I've been given, but I haven't seen increase in my life. I've been faithful, but nothing's changing. Paul says, don't quit.
Don't give up. Every seed planted in obedience will produce in God's time. How many thankful for God's time? No, you're not.
Because we wanted it our time. But we've gotta be content to trust God in his timing. You don't want to pull that seed up until it grows into maturity and then produces what it's supposed to produce. This farmer out here would have been foolish if he had dug up that ground, planted all that seed.
And two days later, come on, said, no corn, dig it all back up again. That would have been foolish. He planted the seed and then you know what he did? He waited.
He waited. And he waited. And he's still waiting. And at some point he's gonna come through there and he's gonna knock it all down.
But he's gonna wait. And he's gonna wait until it becomes what he needs it to become. When it produces finally what he designed and anticipated for it to produce. Amen?
But that still doesn't make it way easier, does it? But Paul said he knew it and he knew it'd be difficult. That's why he said, don't quit. Don't quit.
Every seed planted in obedience will produce. There's a do season for everything. For everything. Everything.
Say everything. We must trust the process. Just as that natural process we can see out there. We must trust the process.
If you're in a process of changing something in your life, you must trust the process. If you wanna become a runner, you don't become a runner on day one. You must trust the process. If you wanna become a weight lifter, you're not becoming a weight lifter on day one, you have to trust the process.
If you wanna lose weight, you have to trust the process. If you wanna become more of a positive thinker, you have to trust the process. If you wanna learn more of the word of God, it is a process. You're not gonna get it all in one day.
Trust the process. Spend time with God. Spend time in the word of God. If you wanna grow in your prayer life, trust the process.
Spend time with Him. Amen? Trust, it's working for your good. Sometimes God delays the harvest.
And it's not because He's punishing you, it's because He's preparing you. He's preparing you. How many of you feel prepared? He's growing you.
He's not just growing the fruit, He's growing you. He's growing me. He's growing us in the process. And if we keep sowing righteousness, we will reap a reward.
If we keep sowing faithfulness, we will reap faithfulness. If we keep sowing in tears, we will reap in joy. That's what the Bible says. The Psalmist told us this in Psalm 126 verse 5.
He said, they that sow in tears. How many of you sown some tears? They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. That's the Bible.
That's what the Word of God says. Your tears are not wasted. When you sow in tears and you are a faithful child of God, the scripture says weeping may have endured for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Come on church, come on church.
Joy comes in the morning. Don't stop believing. Don't stop holding on. Don't stop doing good.
When good doesn't seem to be working, know that the seed will produce. It may be buried, but it's not dead. Come on, you got to know that. Your seed may be buried, but it's not dead.
It's growing under the ground and it's waiting for an appointed time, appointed season, and appointed breakthrough. So when we look at Galatians 6 and James 1, and we bookend them and we bring them together, what the Holy Spirit showed me is this powerful truth, that the seed we sow must be matched by obedience to what we know. The seed we sow must be matched with obedience to that which we know. And we've seen that happen in both stories.
The eyes were anointed. They were given an instruction. They were obedient. He was obedient to the instruction.
He did what Jesus told him to do, and when he washed his eyes, he was made whole. The other man's sixth son, he came and said, my son is dying, and Jesus said, your son shall live, and the man left, because he believed. He believed the seed had been planted in both of them. They received the seed, and when they stepped out, the seed began to manifest, and the seed grew, and deliverance came, and healing came, and restoration came because they believed, and they didn't doubt, and they didn't quit.
Come on church, don't give up, don't give in, don't doubt, and don't quit. The seed you sow must be matched with obedience. Walk in faith, trusting God, in what you know. I say all the time, I believe, and I refuse to doubt, and so should you.
Refuse to doubt. Believe in your heart that God is good. Refuse to believe anything other than that. Trust in the Lord with everything that is within you.
Walk in obedience instead of fastness before the Lord, knowing that even though you don't see that thing coming to pass yet, trust that there is a due season. Wait patiently for it. Allow the seed to grow. Allow the seed to mature, and allow the seed to break forth with great victory.
James tells us to do the word. Paul tells us that what we do will determine what we reap. So we see in both of these occasions, we see that faith has to be mixed with obedience. Faith meets with obedience, stepping out, trusting, holding on, believing that we will reap if we do not think.
So hearing the word of God is like planting a seed in our hearts. Come on, worship, can you make your way back to the platform? Doing what the word of God is like taking water to the seed. It's like faith and obedience, mixing faith and obedience and obedience to receive the harvest.
That's the manifestation of God's promise in our life when we take our faith and we match it with obedience. Then we begin to see the manifestation of God's promise coming to life in our lives. Isn't that good? If you only hear a seed.
If you only hear, if you only hear the seed dies in the soil. Ready? I'll neglect if you only just hear it. But if you will do what the word of God says, that seed comes alive with unlimited potential.
Can I tell you today, don't waste your seed. Don't waste your seed. Every time you hear the word of God, you're receiving seed. Every time you open your Bible, seed is being planted in your heart.
But here's the question. Will you and I allow that seed to take root? Knowing that the Bible says do not be deceived. Don't think that you can plant one thing and reap another.
Don't deceive yourself. Don't think that you can hear without doing and growing in your faith. Don't think that you can just hear it. It's instantaneous.
It's going to happen. You have to do it to grow in your faith. So today, here's the question. Ask yourself, what kind of seed am I selling?
What kind of words am I selling? What kind of choices am I selling? Am I selling faith? Am I selling fear?
Am I selling doubt? Because one thing that you can be a shore of, the harvest is coming. The harvest will come. And when it comes, ready?
You got to hear this. You got to hear this. When the harvest comes, church, it will reveal what kind of sower that you have been. When the harvest comes, it'll show what kind of sower you have been.
Harvest, let's be a people who not only hear the word, but live it. Harvest let's sow in righteousness, in love, in faith, in obedience, in induced season. When others faint, when others quit, we stand strong. Amen?
Why? Because we're people of faith. Come on, stand your feet. We're sowing without obedience, it's wasted effort.
But when we hear the word of God and we do the word of God and say faithful, the harvest is guaranteed. He said, be not deceived, God is not mocked for whatever a man soweth. That also shall he reap. Why do we believe that?
Because he said it. Why do we believe that? Because God said it. And we trust God.
Amen? Do you trust God today? It's very simple. Then believe what he says.
Believe what he says. And then actively put that into practice in your life. And induce season. Induced season.
How many feel like you've been in the deuce? You've been waiting season, waiting for the deuce season. Hold on. Don't give up.
Don't give in. Don't quit. The harvest is coming. But what we receive will be a guaranteed reflection of what we've sown.
Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we thank you for your word. We thank you Lord for bringing us to this place today. Lord, thank you so much for your word that brings life to us. Help us to truly know and understand before we leave this place that what we participate in will have recompense of reward.
Help us to know and understand today what we participate in. Don't have a response. Father, help us to know what we sow. We will reap.
Help us to be good sowers. Help us to be good sowers. Father, help us today not just to receive your word in hearing only. Father, I pray that your word will sink deep into our hearts and our minds.
We'll take this word when we leave here today. We'll think about it. We'll talk about it. We'll meditate on it.
And Father, we'll begin to ask the questions of how can I become better because of this message today? God, what are you saying to me? What are you saying to me? What are you trying to get through to me today?
And how can I receive this word, take this word, stand on this word, believe this word, and put this into practice in my life? And Father, I pray when we ask those types of questions, I know that your spirit will move mightily in our lives and you will do great things in us and through us, for your glory and for your honor. I pray God, your blessing over this house today. I pray in our rising and in our sitting and our coming and our going.
Where our feet may trod in whatever our hands may touch, Father, I pray we'll be blessed of you today. Thank you for allowing us the privilege and the honor of being found in this place today. We love you. We love you.
Please let hope arise. Let peace and joy arise today. Lord and where there are places in our lives that need to be changed, where correction needs to come. Help us, Father, as we've received the truth to believe the truth and to step out and live it.
We give you praise. Lord, I pray if there's any here today that do not know you as their personal Lord and Savior. I pray that this day will not end without them bowing their heart before you. If you're here today and you've never accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, I encourage you to do so today.
I say, Jesus, I believe today that you are the Son of God. I'm in need of a Savior. Forgive me of my sins. Wash me and cleanse me.
Make me whole. You don't have to say those exact words, but say something like that. Acknowledge that he is the Son of God, and that you're making him the Lord of your life. Give your heart to Jesus today.
Maybe you've been walking with him for years, but you just need to get back on track. Today's a great day to do that. I pray that when you leave here today, you'll walk out in the blessing of the Most High God in the name of Jesus. Amen.
