Just Human #249

from Just Human · host Just Human

In this episode, we continue our reading of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur's Report, zipping through Chapters 7, 8 and 9. Chapters 7 and 8 are about tracking the movements of classified documents and the boxes containing classified documents as they travelled from the VP’s office at the Naval Observatory to the Virginia home to the Delaware home. Chapter 9 focuses on the legal standards at issue in this investigation and provides an interesting mirror to Special Counsel Smith’s Docs Case against President Trump. Keep that in mind as we go through that Chapter. We will be reading this entire report over the course of several episodes, just like we did with the Durham Report.
