In this episode, with a jury now seated, the racketeering and sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs is underway. I share updates on the case and will provide periodic updates in future episodes, though not daily. Senator Grassley persists in his push for transparency and accountability at the DOJ, FBI, and HHS. We explore new documents from the Crossfire Hurricane Binder, sparking a discussion on Bruce and Nellie Ohr, Oleg Deripaska, and others, plus recently released notes from McCabe regarding Flynn. This leads us to revisit the Flynn/Kislyak phone call transcripts, and it all connects to Flynn v. United States, which was dismissed without prejudice last December, but there is an amended complaint on the way now as the Binder sheds new light on the setup that LTG Michael Flynn and the first Trump Admin suffered.It’s another document-heavy episode with occasional rabbit trails and commentary.
