Just Keeping It On The Real

from Deep Waters · host Kenneth Shelton

Send us Fan MailSo I like to keep you guys of my growth process so that you always keep your eyes on Jesus and what the bible says. Spiritual position does not follow the same rules as a natural position. For example, if you are the President of a company or of the United States we in our naturalness think that you are above others who may sweep floors for a living. Or we think and this is really so awful considering how heathenistic they are, that famous musical artists or actors are above the normal humanity as so we pass out at their concerts or strive to gain an autograph, yes their very name on a whatever, and for what reason? Have to seen through the media how they live. Ha what about our behavior towards athletes. How did we get to a place where we think that they are somehow the cream of the crop because they can play a game well? Oh I know I could might just have offended some with that statement, but again many live a life in absolute selfishness and sin. And I know we have some self-righteous who would claim that they never judge people in that way, but this message is for my open-eyed and open-eared people who just want to keep it real same as me. Now but the bible tells us that who ever wants to be great that they should be servants of all:Mark 10:39-44 - 42 But Jesus called them to Himself and said to them, “You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44 And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.Now you see why if we showed up to heaven in our unredeemed state why no one would apply for leadership positions. Ha, thank God He too just keeps it real.https://appliedstrengthsministry.org/
