JUST ME AND MY SHADOW: #348

from The Like Attracts Like Podcast · host Pat Mahan

We are shifting through a time in human and conscious history that is requiring much more from us.. It is requiring us not only to be more aware of who and what we are as self aware beings on a physical planet... But also our relationship to it.. our relationship to others who are all doing the same conscious evolution work as we are ( although we are all doing this at different rates )... and our relationship to versions of ourselves that we have not enjoyed very much... parts of our experience that we have consciously or unconsciously pushed down inside of us thinking it would be forgotten or hidden forever.. All of the unwanted things build momentum and at some point will need to be acknowledged and released...   Doing the work regarding the shadow component of our being will be I believe a pivotal step needed to help evolve personally through these times,,, and also necessary to live a more authentic and peaceful life...  From that point we all can evolve forward together...
