Some time ago I shared the story about a nursing student taking a chemistry quiz. The last question on the test was, "What is the name of the woman who sweeps the floors of our building?" When the tests were turned in and the students were leaving the classroom, one of them asked the professor, "Is that last question going to count toward our grade?" The professor replied, "Absolutely. Every day you will come by people who need to be noticed. They need to be noticed by you."
