Hey everyone, I'm Robin and welcome to Muff Therapy and today I want to talk about just saying things. So sometimes what's going to happen is you're going to think of something, you're going to think of a situation with someone and I mean I'm pretty sure this is this concerns like a lot of people but it's like we make these dialogues in our heads, we make these situations happen in our heads and we kind of stress over them, we kind of we might just do them over and over and we might hear the person just say the same thing kind of over and sometimes we try to imagine what will happen at the end like this but ultimately it's just us making a situation in our head and what I feel kind of I need to do when this happens, it doesn't happen that much but when it happens I just kind of get, it rarely happens but I kind of think about it way too much when it does and what I found is that I just need to say things because oftentimes either two things happen, one, it's a question that I want to ask the person, the two outcomes, one the answer that the person gives is not something I imagine something that is actually like way way way better than what I could imagine or two, the answer that the person gives is bad or not bad but it doesn't make me feel good but I asked it and now I know for sure and it's not staying in my head so ultimately I feel a lot better because imagine that you made the scenario in your head and you want to ask this person a question and they answer and they end up actually answering in real life what you imagined in your head, what's going to happen is they didn't answer that but it happened, it's not staying in your head, it's not like it's not staying there, it's not letting you imagine it, it's you ask that question and now you got the answer and at least for me what I know is once I know what the answer is or something I feel a lot better even if the answer is a rejection, even if the answer is kind of something that would probably would make me feel bad, for some reason it doesn't because I know I did what I had to do and I know what the answer is to something and to me not to repeat myself but knowing yes or no although there are things in life that I'll never get an answer to when I can get or yes or no answer that really just calms me so yeah thanks for listening hope it makes sense and have a great day.
