Just Send It! with Clay Fitzpatrick
from The AJNashville Podcast · host AJNashville
Let's welcome our superstar guest speaker this week, Clay Fitzpatrick, as he runs us through a day in the life of a motivated and hardworking young man in today's society. He is a full time college student with a full time job and still finds time to sacrifice for his country through the National Guard. Finding unconventional ways of sparking motivation and encouraging action, Clay is always on the hunt for new content he can learn from and material that shifts the mentality to being positivity-driven. Through prayer, he has elevated himself to a higher level of servitude to God by enlisting to protect the people of his country. Leadership is demonstrated through actions seized and perceived opportunities. Wanting to branch away from what you already know and truly ready to embrace conquering the unknown is something many people are too afraid to even try. To be a good leader though, you have to be willing to take chances in order to gain new skills from experiences. Sometimes you have to do things that may not make sense on your current level, but are a necessary factor in order for you to reach the next. Sometimes all you have to do is simplify the process so that you can make progress forward by just sending that message or doing that one thing needed.
