In this first episode of Grandpa Bob EncouragingLeadership, I share the heart behind this podcast and why it exists. These short reflections are meant first for my grandchildren. They are words of encouragement drawn from a lifetime of leadership, learning, and lived experience, and they’re shared openly with anyone who may be listening in. This episode sets the tone for what’s ahead. Quiet momentsfocused on presence, courage, steady growth, and finding peace and fulfillment along the way.
