In the high-stakes world of business to business sales, sometimes you have to make tough choices. Those choices are always going to cost something. In this episode I have a wonderful little chat with Chad about some of the tough choices he had to make early in his career, and how it gave him the confidence to make the tough calls so he could find a little more joy in his work.
