Just two Shirley Temples please!

from Eastside Sisters Show with Banana Delvey and Miss October · host Banana Delvey and Miss October

Once upon a time on the Eastside, two fierce queens, Banana Delvey and Miss October, decided it was time for a drink that didn't taste like it had been crying. They slipped into their sequined gowns, hair teased to the gods and adorned with rhinestone clips that screamed, "I'm fabulous, darling!" With a flick of their wrists and a wink at their reflections, they hit the streets, heels clacking like a sass-filled symphony. They were on a mission: to find a drink so strong, it would put hairs on their chests (or at least make them forget they didn't have any). They strutted, they sashayed, they vogued their way through the city, turning heads and breaking hearts with every step. "Where, oh where, can a girl get a decent drink around here?" they purred, their voices dripping with more drama than a telenovela. They peeked into bars, noses wrinkling at the sight of weak, watery drinks. But they didn't give up. They knew that somewhere out there, a mixologist was just waiting to shake up something fabulous for them. As the night deepened, so did their determination. They twirled past neon lights and stumbled upon a bar with a sign that read, "No Watered-Down Drinks, Only the Strongest Survive." They burst through the door, sequins sparkling in the dim light. The bartender raised an eyebrow at their entrance, but Banana Delvey and Miss October just flashed their most dazzling smiles and demanded, "Two drinks that could strip paint, please!" The bartender, clearly impressed by their audacity, whipped up two cocktails that glowed in the dark. Banana Delvey and Miss October clinked their glasses, took a sip, and felt the magic of the city swirl around them. They knew they had found it—the holy grail of drinks. They laughed, they danced, they threw shade at the weak drinks of the world, knowing that as long as they had each other, they would always find a way to sparkle brighter than the city lights.
