“Send Coach John a message”As usual, there seems to be a lot on my mind throughout the day (and night at times).  I found this simple reminder - simple but not easy to do. From Dr. Jim Afremow (@goldmedalmind) who posted this: “Just win the moment in front of you.”  Again, (a repeated topic) there are so many distractions every day in our lives. More so now than ever before it seems. When we win the moment in front of us - with whatever that might be - good things can happen. We stack more “wins” each day, we have more good days. We pile up more good days, life gets going in a good direction. Notice that it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being our best. For me, it’s a never ending chase and it’s something worth working towards for sure.
