Justice For Ahmaud Arbery...Some Call it a Modern Day Lynching

from Conversation Piece w/ Angela Birdsong · host MTAS Productions

On Wednesday November 10th I attended a Prayer Vigil and press conference in Brunswick, Georgia at the Glynn County Courthouse where the McMichael Bryan trial was, where Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael and William Roddie Bryan were found guilty of murdering Ahmaud Arbery while he was jogging, running in Satilla Shores neighborhood. Meet Ahmaud Arbery’s Aunts Diane Jackson and Ruby Arbery and others: one of his high school friend’s Laquinta Ferguson; Chloreese Wright and Shenoah Shaw comrades for justice; Carl Oliver from Alabama; Timothy Bessent, a local supporter; Filmmaker Rasheed Ali of Atlanta, who is a close supporter to the Arbery family; and hear the parents of Jamal Sutherland speak about their son being tased to death while in custody in jail in Charleston, South Carolina. My deep condolences to the Ahmaud Arbery family, thank you for being so gracious and hospitable to me and others.
