Innocent until proven guilty is the backbone of our legal system, and yet, we don't actually operate that way anymore. People now are brought to trial and assumed guilty until absolute proof of innocence is given.  Welcome to the Just Dumb Enough Podcast. James was a prominent prosecutor with decades of experience serving the state of New Jersey to defend it's citizens. Then, everything revealed it's ugly nature to an extent that could no longer be ignored. James became a criminal defense attorney and worked to represent those who found themselves wrongly accused and without proper representation.
