Justice For Truckers. This past week Rogel Aguilera-Mederos, the trucker that was involved in a quadruple fatality in 2019, was resentenced for the deadly crash. Originally Aguilera-Mederos received 110 years in prison for the charges of vehicular homicide. He was given clemency by the Governor of Colorado and his sentence was dropped to 10 years.
