Justification

from Bay Area Community Church Hosted by Greg St. Cyr

Have you ever stood before a judge, knowing the facts were against you? I have! This Sunday, we are stepping into the courtroom as we continue our series in Romans 3. We’ll be looking at one of the most beautiful and life-altering words in the entire Bible: Justification. I’ll be sharing a story about a "red curb" parking ticket that points us toward a much deeper "Divine Dilemma." How can a God who is perfectly Holy and Just look at our "rap sheet" and declare a verdict of "Not Guilty"? We are going to discover that the Gospel is not just a pardon—it is a Great Exchange. It is a message grounded in Grace, enveloped in Love and anchored in Substitution. I can’t wait to treasure the beauty of the Cross with you this Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00 AM. Come ready to celebrate the fact that because of Jesus, the war is over and the verdict is in!
