Justin Brown: Five Transformational Principles of Leaders Who Last

This week James talks with Justin Brown the founder of Stay The Course Leadership.  Before starting Stay the Course Leadership, Justin had spent the last eight years coaching at multiple levels in the baseball industry. At the age of 26 he became one of the youngest head coaches in the NCAA.
