In 2017, I was nearing the end of a dark period that lasted more than a decade. I was a statistic of the dreaded opioid pandemic that everyone is now aware of and I was just like a lot of others that went through it - I had a fractured pelvis, was prescribed oxycodone and after several years was left completely hopeless. Lifeless. I was tired. Absolutely exhausted from trying everything I could to quit - treatment centers, meetings, moving to different places… nothing worked… BUT GOD… those two words together changed everything… Justin couldn’t find a way out… Justin couldn’t stop doing something that was continuing to destroy everything around him… BUT GOD had other plans… God is good, all the time and his grace sufficient.
