Justin Lovato - Be Still

from going out | looking in · host Maximilian Bartel

"Can you stay open through all situations?" Hello, soul family! I know it has been longer than usual, but there's a lot going on in my human experience at the moment (more on that in the podcast). I'm so grateful for this outlet here. You have no idea. Today's conversation was so soul-nurturing and powerful for me, and I hope it'll also bring some love, clarity, and peace into your life. I spoke with Justin Lovato. Justin is a former bodybuilder, breathwork and meditation facilitator, sacred space holder, and awakened Being. He's the founder of 'Nirvana Mind Body,' and he's one of those guys you look at and go: "I want what he has." At least, that's how it was for me. I was struck by Justin's clear, calm, and nonchalant way of talking about enlightenment and awakening to your true nature, and I wanted to find out more about his context and journey, his meditation practice, his work, and his relationship to others and much more. I really liked this episode and Justin's energy - we really vibed, and I appreciate his work tremendously. So have fun with this one, namaste! 👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as: Justin’s journey and context Enlightenment and how to achieve it "The person" and the beauty of our human experience Justin’s meditation practice Opening & closing of the heart Original thoughts & “downloads” from the universe Why and how we got lost Conscious consumerism Abuse & generational trauma 🎧 PODCAST: ▶️ Website ▶️ Spotify ▶️ Apple Podcasts ▶️ Google Podcasts ▶️ Amazon Podcasts 🔗 MY GUEST: ▶️ Website ▶️ Instagram 🙋‍♂️ MY STUFF: ▶️ Website ▶️ My creative agency ▶️ Instagram ▶️ LinkedIn ▶️ Michael Singer Weekly Talks ▶️ Michael Singer Podcast ▶️ Waking Up App (free month) ▶️ My book recommendations 📩 CONTACT: [email protected]
