Justin Moy - Finding real estate investing through a career in sales

Justin Moy has been a real estate professional his entire life.  He started selling single family homes in the 3rd most competitive market in the country, and he was able to become a top producer within his 2nd year at the largest firm in the area. Through that experience, he realized there was a difference between being rich and being wealthy, and he started to look for ways to turn his transactional income into long term wealth to buy back his time.  Apartment syndication was the answer as it provided a much quicker time to large financial returns, and it provided truly passive income. Now, Justin does everything he can to spread the word about passive investing because he truly believes that if all career driven professional understand this space, there isn't anyone would wouldn't participate.
