Justin Neely Leads by Example | Colorado Buffaloes Basketball News

Justin Neely is stepping into a leadership role for the Colorado Buffaloes, bringing championship-level hustle and heart after a standout season at UNC Greensboro. A first-team all-conference scorer and rebounding machine, Neely averages nearly 18 points and 11 rebounds per game — second in the nation for boards — and he’s already making a huge impact on the young roster, especially freshman Rider Portela. Neely’s vocal presence keeps the team sharp during practice, while his relentless effort on the court sets the tone for the team’s physicality. With a tough Big 12 schedule ahead, Neely’s experience and work ethic are proving to be the glue that holds this new squad together — and he’s not just leading by example, he’s inspiring his teammates to rise to the occasion.
