Justin Schumacher - Town of Freedom Chairperson and Outagamie County Parks Director

Justin Schumacher was made to do this work. From managing limited resources to building trust with neighbors, he shares a grounded and insightful perspective on the responsibilities of government through the lens of both a small town Chairperson and a county employee. He discusses the importance of relationships, leading with empathy, and stepping up for your community—values that shape every decision, big or small. Tune in for a candid conversation about how true leadership starts close to home, with a soundtrack provided by western Wisconsin’s own Foreign Fields.
