Justin Trudeau With an Annoucement of Funding for Black Entrepreurs

At a news conference in Ottawa, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discusses the federal government's launch of the $291-million Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund. He also addresses the discovery of the buried remains of 215 children at the former site of the Kamloops Indian Residential School in British Columbia.
