Another loaded week of sports law. Juwan Howard (5:41) slapped Wisconsin assistance coach Joe Krabbenhoft. Was the 5 game suspension enough? Will we see other punishments come down? Bruce Beal's (28:42) right of first refusal is in jeopardy if there is a forced sale of the Dolphins from Stephen Ross. The right of first refusal only kicks in when there is a voluntary sale by Ross, but in a forced sale situation, the NFL may have the authority to prevent the right of first refusal clause. Dalrymple recently retired, holding his position at the Cowboys for 7 years after this settlement and these allegations.
