Time is of the essence, it can take a few months or more to cultivate leads and partnerships. François works with a “sales” funnel to match up buildings and investors. Which one comes first; the building or the investors? You need both! Fill your funnel with potential buildings and potential partners to acquire the deal. This couple also focuses on secondary and tertiary markets to find deals. They recommend you build close relationships with realtors and wholesalers, let them know what you’re looking for.
