We'll examine how the new policies will help the black community.  Tennessee Republicans blocked a resolution honoring a black Grammy winner while approving the same measure for a white one.  He was one of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s advisors. Sunday, he was featured in a Super Bowl ad against hate.
