In the literal sense of the phrase, James is telling us that peace can be manufactured, constructed. But how? By actively doing peace, through how we interact with the world around us, with people. And, significantly, through the way we speak.Last week, Pastor Lea reminded us that our faith is a practice, marked by the way we act it out in real life. This week, as we continue our journey through the Letter of James, we will focus on the words we say, and what we don't say, often in situations of conflict.
