K.R. Byers Helps The Mouthy Renegade Writer With Tech Support

This is the funniest Substack Live I’ve done yet. For more than one reason. Let me tell you why.I got my work done and was fiddling around with the idea of doing a Live. But rather than do it with my phone, which is a pain in the ass, I checked to see if it was possible to do just from my laptop. And guess what?It WAS.But there was a problem. My laptop’s camera wasn’t working for whatever reason. So the first 30 minutes of this episode were just me trying to get it to work, and then my good friend K.R. Byers jumped on in the video and tried troubleshooting it for me. We joked and laughed before giving up around the 27:15 mark on the recording. But that’s when the fun started. Skip to that part if you’d like. I never made it onto the camera, but my audio and K.R.’s video are there. We joked about technology, Trump, writing, and all sorts of other shit. We had a blast.
