Kabiinijutud x Northern Roots Special #4 - Martin Krokstorp

from Kabiinijutud · host eAgronom

(DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH BELOW)EST: Põllumajandus alates 1792. aastast – Martin Krokstorp esindab Rootsi edelaosas asuva peretalu 9. põlvkonda. When climate change started affecting their yields, they knew they had to adapt. With no animals to support soil fertility, they turned to conservation agriculture—not just in theory, but in bold action. They went all in from the start—selling their drill, cultivator, and plough—and switched to direct drilling. There were mistakes, doubts, and steep learning curves, but commitment kept them moving forward. Traveling and learning from neighboring countries, as well as testing practices on their own, Martin and his father have built a system that works for them.
