Een overzicht van het belangrijkste mobiliteitsnieuws! De kabinet trekt 700 miljoen uit voor betere doorstroming op de weg, Volkswagen en Rivian lanceren hun Joint Venture, Geely wil een meerderheidsbelang in Volocopter en de robotaxi's van Waymo zijn nu voor iedereen beschikbaar in LA. Het kabinet maakt bijna 700 miljoen euro vrij voor betere doorstroming op de weg. Het geld is afkomstig uit potjes voor projecten die op dit moment stilliggen. Er gaat onder meer 200 miljoen naar het opstarten van één of meerdere gepauzeerde projecten en bijna 300 miljoen naar 'betere doorstroming op het hoofdwegennet'. Verder in deze update: Volkswagen en Rivian lanceren hun Joint Venture voor een nieuw platform. Volvo-eigenaar Geely wil een meerderheidsbelang nemen in Volocopter.
