Kade Gibbs Commits to Syracuse

Kade Gibbs, a dual-threat athlete from Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, just received a scholarship offer from Syracuse University for the class of 2029 — a major milestone in his recruitment. Known for his physical running style and ability to make defenders miss, Gibbs has built a strong rapport with the Orange staff, especially running backs coach Dennis Thomas, who’s been his primary recruiter. He’s impressed by the coaching staff’s energy, consistency, and family-like vibe, and despite last season’s struggles, he’s optimistic about the program’s future under new head coach Fran Brown. Gibbs is ready to roll up his sleeves and contribute wherever needed — whether it’s hitting the hole hard, making plays in the passing game, or protecting the ball — and he’s already planning to attend a game this fall to see it all in action.
