She opened up about the importance of identity and knowing who you are outside of this industry, being courageous, transitions, how she stays sharp as an actress and the differences in the Los Angeles and Atlanta market. Kaira also directed a one woman show called A Rose Called Candace and she shares her experience of creating the show from start to finish, untold stories she'd like to tell in the future and how acting fulfills her as a person.
