Kaitlyn is the Founder & CEO of Theory Planning Partners, the first family office built exclusively for the top female entrepreneurs in America. After cutting her teeth in asset management, Kaitlyn spent the majority of her career at UBS Financial Services, where she developed more than 300 financial plans for clients with assets ranging from $500,000 to $1 billion. Subsequently, she became an advisor on a private wealth management team that managed over $600 million for a handful of families       Despite her success at UBS, Kaitlyn saw a gap in the market she felt compelled to address: business owners, particularly women, needed holistic support earlier in their entrepreneurial journeys to optimize wealth creation. Theory Planning Partners is pioneering this space with a focus on getting more wealth into the hands of women.       Outside of work, Kaitlyn is a spiritual seeker ravenous to understand why we are here and how to forge a meaningful life. She resides in beautiful Marblehead, Massachusetts with her husband Jake, their son Russell, and affectionate dog Bacchus.
