back i nthe day i did an arcade cover of "Kalinka" which was written in 1860 by Ivan Larionov for a local theatre play in Saratov. It was specifically written as a vocal choral piece, but it became so deeply woven into the country's culture that everyone treats it like a traditional folk tune today. Well I decided to take my arcade version which was already.. intense.. and add the russian theatre play and it ended up being the gayest most over the top russian broadway styled thing I have ever heard in my life!
