In this episode, the boys had on special guest Kallup McCoy II. Kallup is a 2:40 marathoner and mentor/coach to many. He has a non-profit organization called Rez Hope where recovery and consulting are offered to those struggling with substance abuse/trauma. Kallup went through his own unbelievable journey of substance abuse and trauma, and he shares the full story of that on this episode. He hit rock bottom when he went to jail, but little did he know that in jail he would meet someone that would change the trajectory of his life. This story is powerful and moving. Enjoy!
